Architectural Model for presentation, created for a Boutique residential building with a height regime of G+10 floors;

The building features continuous balconies on three sides at each level and a curtain wall facing the boulevard. Decorative ribbon-like elements are mounted on these structural elements, arranged vertically. The decorative strips rhythmize the facades and offer an elegant image to the entire ensemble.
