Conceptual model of urban planning contracted for a large-scale mixed-use development. The real estate project utilizes an existing industrial platform, equally incorporating conversions of old consolidated buildings and new blocks. The model offers the possibility to switch between the existing and proposed site plan. The buildings are 3D printed and painted. Local vegetation is represented by simple volumes, all painted in white.
